We are delighted to inform you that our Infosys Springboard Pragati: Path to Future Cohort 1 is nearing its conclusion, and we are thrilled to announce the opening of registrations for the July-September cohort. This is an exclusive career development program for women which will be anchored every 3 months.

My first offer is with Infosys but due to personal reasons I couldn't make it up. From that moment, associating with Infosys was my dream which came true through Pragati. The key factors that have contributed to my success in Pragati: Path to Future program are consistency and smart work. Through this program we aim to address essential competencies like Digital Dexterity, Gen AI Fluency, Professional Skill Enhancement, Leadership Acumen, Domain Awareness, and Industry Engagement.
Few points to remember:
- This program is exclusively for women aged 18 and above, including students, young professionals, job seekers, or those considering re-entering the workforce.
- The program will follow a hybrid model, with one week out of the 12 held at various Infosys campuses and offices. The remaining 2.5 months will be conducted virtually.
- Registration by males will be automatically cancelled.
What’s next?
- We will review your application and if shortlisted, we will reach out to you for a quick discussion.
- To be eligible, you must be a registered learner on Infosys Springboard with at least one course completion.
- Once selected, we will share the complete program schedule for both in-person and virtual sessions. The schedule for in-person sessions will be shared based on the city you select in your registration form.
